Location isn't working. Allow location in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → NYP Parking. The app also works without it — search by address instead.
The map data looks out of date. Data refreshes throughout the day. Pull down to refresh, or reopen the app. It reflects the city's signed inventory, which can occasionally lag street conditions — always read the posted sign.
Remove ads. Open the Info tab and tap “Go ad-free” to subscribe ($4.99/month). Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use “Restore Purchases” on a new device.
